[Platforms] POGO codes: US vessels with confirmed call signs

Hi Platform group,
The following codes with confirmed information have been added to match NODC:
Marcus G. Langseth - 33H3
Blue Heron - 33B1
Kilo Moana - 33KB
F.G. Walton Smith - 33WA - yes, this is the same as the "Walton Smith". IMO 8964501
