[Platforms] POGO: US vessels pending call signs confirmation

Hi Platform group,

The following US vessels have been added to match NODC but still need call sign confirmation:
      Atlantic Explorer        - 33H4
      Hugh R. Sharp            - 33H5
      Savannah                 - 33H6
