[Platforms] Id of Canadian vessel

Hi Don:

We have a  ship in our platform codes called the NAVICULA - this is all 
the info we have about it, however a list from ResearchShips.com gives 
the prefix as CCGS and a length  of 20 m. and an association with the 
Bedford Institute of Oceanography. If you have any information on this 
platform, i.e. radio callsign, operational dates and such
 we would happy to have it.
