[Platforms] Urraca

Hi Marilynn,

According to Fran's notes (she is on holiday this week) Urraca is operated by the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute out of Naos in Panama under a Panama flag. However,  I don't know the source of the flag information (possibly from a callsign registration site) as she is  not registered in the Lloyds database. Based on flag I would class her as Panamanian, not American.  However, STRI is a bureau of the Smithsonian Instiution which is very much an American organisation!  Therefore something of a grey area!  As Mitch is the local man I would say it was his call!

non-profit which is "supervised" by, among others, a couple of US research facilities and thus gets a US flag, if you follow such tortured reasoning.
      Blue Heron                 - NODC code 33B1
      Hugh R. Sharp            - NODC code 33H5
      Kilo Moana                - NODC code 33KB
      Savannah                    - NODC code 33H6
      F.G. Walton Smith      - NODC code 33WA  - yes, this is the same 
as the "Walton Smith".
      Urraca                        - NODC code 33H7
