[Platforms] POGO needs some codes

Hi Marilynn,

The next batch of POGO 'targets' has come my way and quite a few of them have no codes in RECO (but check, just in case....).  The protocol of this situation worries me a little.  Whilst I feel comfortable asking for new codes for UK ships or for countries represented on the platforms list, I am less at ease asking for elsewhere.  If you have appropriate contacts in the countries concerned might the way forward be for you to check with them and at the same time ask them to join the platforms group?

Anyway, here's my next batch of 'missing' ships  (might be more tomorrow).

Romania: Mare Nigrum: Geo Ecomar research vessel built 1971 as Somes.  Renamed Mare Nigrum 1 Jan 02, active as at Feb 07, callsign YQPT.

Spain: Sarmiento de Gamboa : CSIC Research vessel, built 2006.  Operated by CSIC UTM (Marine Technology Unit).  Active as at Jun 2007,  callsign not available, length 70.5m. (Fran and I are trying to track down her callsign)

Spain: Vizconde de Eza : IEO research vessel built in 2000.  Active as at Jun 07, callsign EAXB, length 53m
