[Platforms] US Navy Pennants and Ship Names

Hi Roy
For Australian navy ships we do not include HMAS in the ship name but it is
include in the
title attribute. This is consistent with what you are proposing. The
pennant name for RAN ships sometimes includes a space, sometimes not (but
not hyphens).
