[Seavox] Sea Area addition

 Dear All,

It is proposed that we add 'Wadden Sea' to the Sea Area hierarchy with a broadMatch to 'North Sea' and the geometry shown in the JPEG (2 polygons because of the causeway to Westerland).  Does anybody have any problems with either the proposed extension or its geometry?
