Dear All,

Following the extremely low level of participation in the vote and the additional information in Greg's e-mail I suggest that we postpone any decision on this matter until after the IHO conference next year.  Hopefully Greg's optimism on a resolution to the issue by IHO next year is well founded.  If it is not then I suggest we reconsider what to do.
