[Edserplo_users] Flagging behaviour

It has come to my notice that Edserplo doesn't allow you to reset a non-blank flag in non-box, non-toggle mode (it will in box mode and in toggle mode). In other words if there is an 'L' flag on a point you cannot just click the MM button to get it to an 'M' if that's what you wanted. This is not the original Edteva/Serplo behaviour where you can. It may not matter much but does anyone mind if reset it the way it was on IRIX?
