[Medin_partners] MEDIN Business Plan - Consultation 2

Dear MEDIN Partners,

As many of you know, over recent months we have undertaken the exciting process of writing a new Business Plan for the Marine Environmental Data and Information Network (MEDIN). Over the past year, we have collected stakeholder requirements and, since March, a small group of MEDIN partners have been brining those ideas together into a forward looking, ambitious plan for MEDIN. We aimed to have a completed draft ready for November 2023 and have managed to stick to that timetable. We also planned to consult our partners at each stage of drafting, so please find attached the draft MEDIN Business Plan for 2024-2029 for your consideration. You will also find attached a supplementary document describing proposed activities to deliver the Business Plan. Your feedback on these proposed activities is also welcomed.

I would be extremely grateful if you could review the draft MEDIN Business Plan with your colleagues and leadership teams to ensure that this strategic plan will meet your organisation's needs for MEDIN over the next five years.

Please provide your organisation's coordinated feedback using the attached spreadsheet by 27th November 2023.
